The project, which broke ground in May 2022, is the latest development at Vermont\u2019s Spruce Peak Resort. At 126,000 square feet, the four-story contemporary alpine building features 48 luxury residential units ranging from two bedrooms to tiered loft-style accommodations, with underground parking for residents.<\/p>\n<p>The first phase included the delivery of 23 units. In addition, a new free-standing 239-space parking facility located across from the Treehouse was completed in December 2022. The remaining 25 residential units are slated for turnover this February.<\/p>\n<p>I want to thank the incredible team who has ensured the utmost attention to every detail of this project.
