Over the course of the session, we outlined the entire preconstruction process, from the request for proposal straight through notice to proceed. The students were actively engaged and had a particular interest in the specific detail associated with collaborative delivery proposals and how we win work outside of our systematic estimating approach.<\/p>\n<p>As a Utica University alum (\u201820) and a member of their Construction Management Advisory Committee, it always excites me to get back on campus and give back to a program that gave so much to me.
