PC Construction\u2019s Special Projects team recently finished structural steel erection and detailing for the 15,000-square-foot, 11-bay maintenance garage. Nearly a dozen additional scopes will be self-performed throughout construction, with an associated value of $1.3 million of the overall $9.4 million project.<\/p>\n<p>Located on a 20-acre site, the new garage with second story mezzanine will house plow trucks and other equipment and be accompanied by a new 10,000-square-foot, two-bay salt shed with brine mixing area and other associated facilities. The project includes extensive site preparations and utilities, including a 4,000-linear-foot water line, new electrical service, stormwater infrastructure and temporary roadways.<\/p>\n<p>With structural steel complete, PC&#8217;s Special Projects team is underway with framing and siding activities. Construction will continue through the rest of this year with work wrapping up in early 2025.
