The two days featured cutting edge innovations in construction and provided ample learning opportunities geared around enhancing construction project success.<\/p>\n<p>During the summit, I had the great pleasure of joining four other professionals to present on \u201cThe Importance of Developing the Next Generation of Leaders Within Your Company.\u201d Each of the presenters represented a different generation and provided a dynamic way of learning about the expectations and desires of each generation relative to training, mentoring, career development, performance reviews and feedback, networking, workforce management, and work-life balance. The audience was engaged and participative, allowing for a greater learning opportunity by all.<\/p>\n<p>It was clear throughout the course of the presentation that everyone agreed that mentorship and communication play a vital role in bridging the gap between the generations.<\/p>\n<p>CI is an outstanding organization.
