After the \u201cSigning of the Slab\u201d ceremony and speeches from a host of project representatives, including Matt Dieterich, Vice President of TFIC Infrastructure &amp; Sewall Company, and Mayor Alan Casavant, the final section of the precast garage was proudly hoisted into its final resting place on the top of stair tower #2.
