The project includes replacement of the ice floor assembly and all associated refrigeration and heating systems, new safer dasher boards and modifications to the existing A\/V system. The work also involves reducing the ice rink playing surface width by 10 feet while maintaining spectator sight lines and further enhancing the fan experience.<\/p>\n<p>Temporary protection is erected, and demolition of the existing ice rink slab is underway.
