\"Construction<\/a> \"Project<\/a>South Burlington, VT<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>PC Construction announced that it has been selected by Spruce Peak Realty to complete the next phase of development at Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont.<\/p>\n

This latest round of work, which includes construction of a new luxury condominium building and a parking garage, builds on the success of prior PC-built projects at the resort, including the One Spruce Peak residential building, the Spruce Peak Village Center, and the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center, among others.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re very grateful for our continued partnership with Spruce Peak Realty, and to have the opportunity to contribute to Vermont\u2019s vibrant tourism sector,\u201d said PC President \/ CEO Jay Fayette. \u201cIt is a privilege to work with a partner like Spruce Peak to help create an amazing experience for their guests. Our employee owners are honored to play a part in showcasing our beautiful state to future visitors.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new project, designed by Bull Stockwell Allen, will include the four-story Treehouse at Spruce Peak<\/a> and a parking garage. The Treehouse at Spruce Peak building will feature 48 residential units ranging from two bedrooms to tiered loft-style accommodations. The accompanying parking facility will accommodate 248 vehicles.<\/p>\n

Leaders at PC Construction recently joined members of Spruce Peak Realty and Bull Stockwell Allen at a ceremonial groundbreaking for the project. Construction is now underway, with completion scheduled for Spring 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
